Responsibilities:
- Constructing and installing high-quality decks according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in all measurements and cuts.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a deck builder or carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in deck construction.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to deck construction.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow tasks.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude, outgoing, willing to work independently and with a team.
- Passion and appreciation for what we do and how we do it.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Respect and Work with other Crew Members
- Must be able to analyze, interpret, and evaluate vital information
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion with in perimeters of instructions given, prescribed routines and company standard practices
- 3+ years of Carpentry Experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
Entry Level Carpenter
Job Title: Entry Level Carpenter
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of Carpentry tools & operation

- 1+ year of Carpentry Experience
