We like to have quotes back to you via email within 3-7 business days. With design renderings or larger project scopes it may take up to 2 weeks.
When it comes to the building aspect we do not subcontract. Electrical, Plumbing, Insulation, Excavation or Concrete we work with our trusted partners to perform the work. We only use subcontractors that we trust and have built a long lasting relationship with.
With the current market our estimates are valid for 14 to 30 days depending on the materials.
With any remodeling project, you can’t see everything until exposed. Any changes are discussed prior and agreed upon by you prior to us taking any action.
It Depends on the scope of work.
Building codes have been established by cities and townships. They vary considerably from one jurisdiction to another. A building permit generally is required whenever structural work is involved or when the basic living area of the home is to be changed.
Many factors go into pricing a job. Customer Expierence is huge for us! When comparing the most obvious is making sure all the estimates have the same scope of work and materials. It is important to check the contractors reviews & previous work. When a contractor carries all the proper equipment and required insurances, the prices will be higher than a “fly by night” contractor. We aren’t here just to make a buck, we want to provide you with that better contractor experience & relationship. We include our customers in the project the whole time, keep the line of communication open and stand behind our work.

Yes, we keep all current policies for workers compensation and liability to protect our business and you. We also have Errors & Omissions Insurance there for the project is still covered even after we finish. We provide a copy of our insurance to every customer.

Yes, we work with some homeowners that already have their permit or pull there own permit.
All projects are different, but we are there start to finish and do not prolong the build. If for some reason there is a possibility of delay we will notify you prior and will offer an alternative or agree to what will be preferred.
We have a 5 year craftmanship warranty. All the products we use also are backed by 25-50 manufacturer warranties. However, if there is general ware or homeowner damage that does not fall under warranty.
Absolutely! We can design your space based upon both your desires and your budget.
Yes we do. We are partnered with HFS to offer you financing on any project. We also encourage customers to speak with their local credit union or financial institution for alternative financing as well such as a Home Equity Loan or Home Equity Line of Credit.
Dependent upon the scope & size of the job, your deposit will range 10%-50% followed by the progress payment schedule on your invoice.
The short answer is no. We have found that customers who have supplied their own materials did not get the correct amount or types of materials. For efficiency and quality reasons we supply all the materials for our project builds.
